Who We Are and What We Collect
Effective October 15, 2026
This website, cottonconstruction.com, is operated by The FTC, LLC dba Cotton Construction ("Cotton Construction," "we," or "us"), based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.
When you fill out our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, project location, project type, timeline, approximate budget, and your message. If you call or email us, we keep the information you share with us.
Like most websites, the site also collects basic technical information automatically, such as your browser and device type, the pages you visit, and your general location based on your IP address. Our website host, Wix, collects this using cookies and similar tools so the site works and so we can see how it is used.
How We Use and Share It
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss and plan your project, prepare proposals, and stay in touch about work we are doing for you. We use website usage data to keep the site running and to improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the website and our business (such as Wix, which hosts this site and processes contact form submissions); with designers, suppliers, and subcontractors working on your project, and only as needed to do the work; and with others when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
You can set your browser to block or delete cookies, though parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
We keep inquiry and project information as long as needed to respond to you, complete your project, and meet our warranty, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no website or email is completely secure.
Your Choices and How to Reach Us
You can ask us to update or delete the information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@cottonconstruction.com or calling 601-658-9828.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Our site links to other sites, such as our Facebook page; those sites have their own privacy practices.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
