Construction Document Design and Development
(Plans and Specifications)
Every Cotton Construction project starts with a plan. We prepare custom construction documents, plans and specifications, for residential and light commercial projects. This work is done under The FTC, the design firm Ted Cotton started in 2006 before it grew into design-build.
Design-Build
At Cotton Construction, we take your vision from plans to reality. We can handle everything from design to construction, ensuring a seamless experience for you. With us, managing your project is simpler than ever—one company, one commitment to excellence. Let us bring your ideas to life!
Construction
We build new homes and remodels, from complete whole-house renovations to kitchens, baths, decks, and porches, plus light commercial work: oral surgery centers, dental clinics, offices, restaurants, and churches. Ted Cotton has worked in design and construction since 1990, and the company has been building since 2006. See our portfolio for examples.
Home Inspections
Ted Cotton offers Home Inspections for new home construction and for existing homes. Ted is a licensed Mississippi Home inspector and an InterNACHI member.
*Home inspections are offered directly through Ted Cotton and not Cotton Construction.
